Shipping

The supplier will send the products directly to the address that the buyer establishes.

For orders over 60 euros the shipping will be free.

Aka ceramics will ask its customers to choose the place of delivery, specifying their address, office or center where they want the product delivered.

All orders that are confirmed before 1:00 p.m. will be managed on the same day for delivery within the indicated period. The delivery time ranges between 24 and 72 hours on business days.

Shipments of bonsai and plants will be made exclusively from Monday to Wednesday, and never on the eve of holidays or weekends so that they do not spend days in the warehouse of the transport agency.

Aka ceramics will inform the customer of the departure of the order, by sending an email.

The purchase order will be available in aka ceramic, once the payment is confirmed, which can be viewed through the link: "My Orders", as of the issuance of the email.

This original purchase order includes delivery costs and VAT.

Each delivery is considered to have been made from the delivery of the product to the customer by the carrier, materialized by the control system used by the carrier.

It is up to the recipient to check the order at the time of delivery and then make all reservations and claims that appear justified, even having the possibility of rejecting the package, if it had been opened or if it has obvious signs of deterioration.

Return

If you find a defective product in the order received, you should contact us: aka@akaceramica.com

You can return the merchandise as long as you communicate your intention within fifteen days after receiving the order, and as long as you keep your packaging in optimal condition.

To do this you must contact us at aka@akaceramica.com, or using our contact section.

Provided that the return responds to product defects, aka ceràmica assumes the shipping costs incurred for the return.

You can choose to refund the amount of the product, replace it or replace it with other items.

If the reasons for return are unrelated to aka ceràmica, that is, if the merchandise is in perfect condition but you still want to return it, you must send the product in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and without having been used.

The expenses incurred for the return will not be borne by aka ceràmica.
